2026 EXHIBITOR AND SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
Exhibitor Pricing:
- $500.00 to include:

- Registration for one attendee to all conference sessions, meals and activities
- One 8 foot table, two chairs, waste paper basket, draped skirt and name plate to display marketing materials
- Company logo displayed on all conference marketing platforms
- Additional representatives will register as a single attendee based on membership status and date of registration.
- Electricity is available at an additional cost and is payable to the convention center separately.
- Storage, shipping, labor is available through the convention center and handled separately.
- Exhibitors will be able to set-up beginning at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, April 22th and tear down on Thursday, April 23th at 4:00.

Sponsors enhance our conference in ways that add value to attendees while presenting a great venue to connect with workforce professionals. We have 4 different levels of sponsorship. Each level is listed below. Complete the on-line registration and mark the designated level you wish to sponsor.
- Platinum Level - $1,250 - This level includes a complementary conference registration for (1) attendee, business logo shown on the big screen during all conference general sessions, Ad on conference app, inclusion in special edition conference newsletter, special highlight on MAWD social media, Break and pre-conference sponsorship, inclusion of promotional item(s) in conference registration packets and special recognition during one of the conference general sessions.
- Gold Level - $1,000 - This level includes a complementary conference registration for (1) attendee, business logo shown on the big screen during all conference general sessions, Ad on conference app, inclusion in special edition conference newsletter, special highlight on MAWD social media and Break sponsorship.
- Silver Level - $750 - This level includes a complementary conference registration for (1) attendee, business logo shown on the big screen during all conference general sessions, Ad on conference app, inclusion in special edition conference newsletter.
- Partner Level - $250 - This level is designed for employers/organizations that would like to donate to our conference. Business logo shown on big screen during all conference general sessions.
