From the Desk of the President...

Dear MAWD Members and Workforce Development Professionals,

As President of the Missouri Association of Workforce Development, I am proud to be part of a community dedicated to uplifting one another and advancing workforce development across Missouri.

MAWD is committed to fostering collaboration, professional growth, and innovation. One of the best ways we bring this to life is through our annual conference, and I am excited to invite you to the 2025 MAWD Conference, happening April 23-25 in Branson, Missouri. The agenda is now available, showcasing insightful sessions and inspiring speakers designed to equip and empower us all.

Please consider nominating colleagues for our annual awards and take advantage of our scholarship opportunities to support your growth. With board elections approaching, I encourage those passionate about service to consider joining our board.

Thank you for your dedication. By serving one another, we build a stronger, more competitive workforce for Missouri.

With sincere gratitude,

Samantha Terry

President, Missouri Association of Workforce Development
