Attention Conference Attendees!
MAWD is excited to announce the kick-off of our 1st ever Scholarship Campaign. We will be holding a Silent Auction and 50/50 drawing in an effort to raise funds to put towards our scholarship fund. MAWD will match the amount of funds collected. Each year, MAWD awards at least one scholarship to a member or one of their dependents, and we want to ensure we have the opportunity to continue to provide this to our membership. Please stop by the MAWD exhibit booth to sign up for one of the Silent Auction items, purchase a 50/50 ticket, or see what FREE MAWD swag you can get your hands on. Auction items will be on display, and bids will be accepted until 4:30 pm on Thursday. Winners will be selected and notified at that time. The cost for 50/50 tickets will be $1 for one ticket, $5 for six tickets and $20 for an arm’s length. Please be sure to bring cash; however, we will have venmo and square options available.
Conference Registration and Attendees
The 2023 Annual Conference will be held April 26-28, 2023 in Branson, Missouri at the Hilton Branson Convention Center located on the beautiful Landing in downtown Branson, Missouri. We look forward to having each and every one of you join us for this exciting time featuring keynote speakers, relevant break-out sessions, networking opportunities with other professionals, great food and evening entertainment at the Landing. The Hilton Branson will serve as the host hotel, which is adjacent to the Convention Center with the Hilton Promenade as an overflow location across the street.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Click on the link below to register to attend the conference. Additional guest meal tickets will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk. Please note: If registering and paying on-line, there will be a processing fee charged. If you wish to avoid the service fee, checks can be made payable to MAWD and mailed to Jeanie Griffin at 912 Main Street, Trenton, MO 64683.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received prior to April 15, 2023. Any cancellations after this date will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
Special Note to DHEWD staff: The Division handles registrations and payments in bulk from Central Office. Please do not complete this section and make payment unless otherwise instructed.

Reservation guidelines: To secure a guest room reservation, a major credit card will be required. Reservations cancelled within (48) hours of arrival will incur a charge for the first night’s Room/Tax charge. Check-In/Out Time: Our check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel bellmen can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. Early Departure Fee: If a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early check-out fee to that guest's individual account (currently, one night’s Room/Tax). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel (48) hours prior to day of arrival. Parking Options/Fees: Guests of the hotel can either park at our Self-Parking Garage for $15/Day for unlimited in & out privileges, or Valet Park for $25/Day for unlimited in & out privileges. Incidental Hold on Credit Card: Guests that provide their own credit card for Incidentals, will have an authorized hold of $50/day on their credit card account. If no Incidental charges are made during time of stay, anticipate 3 – 5 days post check-out before authorization hold is released. Discourage use of debit cards, as release of funds may take longer. Exhibitor Pricing:

- Registration for one attendee to all conference sessions, meals and activities
- One 8 foot table, two chairs, waste paper basket, draped skirt and name plate to display marketing materials
- Company logo on conference mobile app and projection screen during general sessions
- Additional representatives will register as a single attendee at a cost of $400
- Electricity is available at an additional cost and is payable to the convention center separately.
- Storage, shipping, labor is available through the convention center and handled separately.
- Exhibitors will be able to set-up beginning at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, April 26th and tear down on Thursday, April 27th at 4:00.

- Platinum Level - $1,000 - includes 6 second ad and listed on conference App, business logo shown on big screen during all general sessions, break sponsorship, and complimentary inclusion of your information in the conference registration packet.
- Gold Level - $750 - includes 3 second ad and listed on conference App, business logo shown on big screen during all general sessions, and break sponsorship.
